Three years ago, I launched my first podcast.called 'The Danna Gift Show'

I had gone through a divorce, became a flight attendant to run away from my problems, and was forcing myself into a fitness competition to get a 'win' in life when the reality was...I was punishing myself physically to match the way I felt inside.

The truth was, I was unraveling

emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.

I masked the pain with false positivity, partying, drinking.

and although I was very honest about my life, I never truly let anyone in.

That season broke me down and I desperately sought a way to feel better.My mental health was disturbing and dangerous...So I leaned into personal development books & it became my lifeline.I shared every high and low of healing with my audience—

raw, unfiltered, and honest.

But somewhere along the way, something still felt off.

I was growing—but I wasn’t grounded.

Then life humbled me again.

Bankruptcy.

Forced to sell my home.

Stripped of everything I had built.

And in the silence that followed..

I met God.

Truly met Him.

What came next was a rebirth and a death of my old self.

I stopped showing up online for attention and started showing up for the assignment.

I left over 140,000 followers behind and started over at ground zero

-because who I was becoming could no longer be built on who I used to be.

Then one day, at a church gathering, someone asked me, “What do you do?”

I hadn’t recorded an episode in over a year, but without hesitation,

I said,“I have a podcast.”

The words surprised me and made me realize,

I no longer resonated with 'The Danna Gift Show" - it was all about me...

and I had spent the last year dying to myself and being reborn under Christ.

Its funny how God places people in our lives, even for a brief moment, to deliver a message..

because that conversation awakened something inside me.

The next morning, at 3AM, God gave me a fire. A name. A mission.

And This Feels Holy was born within hours.
